SDG Forum Series: 7 Years of Progress

SDSN Hong Kong has organized the SDG Forum Series since 2018 to address a variety of SDG challenges. The SDG Forum Series has been a dynamic platform for in-depth discussions on critical sustainable development challenges and innovative solutions relevant to Hong Kong and beyond. The series aims to raise awareness, foster understanding, and promote dialogue on SDGs and solutions across various sectors in Hong Kong, thereby communicating the SDGs effectively and contributing to their localization.

Featuring scholars from local universities, and experts and practitioners from diverse sectors, these forums facilitate knowledge exchange and prompt reflection on global challenges, their interrelations, and the role of global citizens.

As of July 2025, 33 SDG Forums have engaged over 2,450 attendees from the public, academia and other sectors. These forums foster solution-oriented dialogue and experience sharing among diverse speakers and audiences.
