The seminar “Building a Socially Inclusive Workplace for Ethnic Minority Employees”, organized by Social Career will take place this June. The seminar is part of their "EMpower Your Future: Cultural Skills for a Diverse Workforce" Program 2025 to enhance cross-cultural communication skills through online courses, seminars and volunteer services.

 

Tailored for students and individuals passionate about diversity and inclusion. The seminar will feature HR leaders from Citybus and Eaton HK, who will share their insights and experiences on fostering inclusivity within their organizations. Participants can gain valuable knowledge about the evolving landscape of corporate communication, particularly regarding ethnic minority employee integration, key topics in today's diverse work environments.
